An almost non-stop wave a rain will overtake the area this week, which will persist into early next week. Almost unbelievable amounts of rain could fall in some areas, as the map from the HPC shows. Most models put Ohio in 3-5" of rain over the next 5 days, which will only add to river concerns, because we've already had about .5-.75" of rain yesterday, and the ground is already fully saturated. Rivers should be expected to rise, and flash flooding could become an issue in places. Rain should start in the southern part of Ohio later today, and slowly move northward over time, with Central Ohio getting rain tomorrow, and Northern Ohio on Monday.
