March 10th-11th Major Ohio Snowstorm

A very powerful system will impact almost all of Ohio tonight into Friday, with very heavy, wet snow- especially in the northern and eastern part of Ohio. My snowmap above shows my current thoughts, with the heaviest snows in Northern/Eastern OH... from Lorain to Ashtabula Counties. Total snowfall in that area will be around 7-11", with more possible around the Cleveland area. This will be a very wet snow- making it very difficult to shovel. When shoveling, stop every 30 minutes or so to take a break, as it's easy to get injured from that strenuous work. Morning commutes will be at a crawl in some areas across the I-80 corridor from Toledo the Pennsylvania border, with the worst of problems in northeast Ohio.

Snow has already started in some areas, and will last until the morning hours in western Ohio, and last until the early afternoon in northern/eastern Ohio.

There will be an exceptionally tight gradient especially on the western edge of snow. It appears that this will set up along 20-40 miles west of I-75.

Specific Cities Forecast:

Toledo-1-3"
Bowling Green: 2-3"
Findlay: 2-4"
Sandusky: 4-6"
Lorain- 7-10"
Cleveland: 8-12" (Possibly More)
Columbus: 1-3"
